I hope they don't "FIX" it. It's not something that needs to be "fixed" in my opinion; it's not really a bug at all. Although I'd like to shoot at a sign up in the air and say to another player, "What am I shooting?" and them be able to tell I'm shooting the sign.

If I remember correctly, "Caddy Madness" was modded and that video was awesome. I'm downloading them now, but I'm a little skeptic about the .exe file, and why is it split into "Parts"?

Either way, GTA3 still is slightly less indepth than Vice City. It just seems there isn't much to it. The only thing that fixes that is GTA:LC...
