there's an option somewhere in ASE you can set... for player name. I'm pretty sure that not all of the HUD is supposed to be visible in MTA... like the wanted level.

or just make it so only people who vote get counted... so if 3/10 people vote kick, and 2/10 people vote no kick, then the person is kicked.

it is possible to make edited files the same size as the originals though... you'd have to run a check at the very end, in the middle, and at the start (at least) to be sure it is a real file...
