He could still buy a new computer in terms as that it wasn't his before he bought it and thus being new but that same computer could be like 7 years old and still run on Windows 98. Gunny , if MTA doesn't works on Windows 98 , and he buys a new computer , he is still stuck with Windows 98 , provided the vendor doesn't suply's a newer version of Windows with it.
