i dont understand why some ppl want to take off something think about that: when in MTA were no cars, choppers and bikes. how much time would it take to move from one place to another place runnin. for example: you want to go from downtown to airport, it would take very muck time and you would get bored runnin.

i think you tried to connect with 0.3 to a 0.2.2 server or with 0.2.2 to a 0.3 server. thats why it says: incompatible version

i clould say i love it because 0.2.2 crashed every 5 min. 0.3 is much better

no, it isnt cheating. but high pings are bad, it is hard to kill someone with a high ping

put your server ip, admin port, admin password into the tool and connect. its easy man there you can kick and ban players but you cant connect as admin if you didnt set up admin on your server
