I never was able to get the videos from your website, and the transfer started last time on MSN but it froze and wouldn't do anything. No, we're not gonna restrict where people can jump, part of the point of this contests is to see the intresting places people break the records... I mean look how Samurai_Ohk broke the rotation record!

TGA (The Gamers Alliance) is hosting yet another World Record Contest. As before we are the only ones known who are collecting these stats. The record holders will be posted on the main page at Http://thegamersalliance.com as well as in this post. There will be five categories. Wheelie distance, Wheelie duration (time), Stoppie distance, Stoppie duration, and Grind Distance. RULES: ~ NO TWEAKING! (If you are found to have used tweaks, you will be kicked out and not allowed to enter the competition again) ~ Both MTA:VC and GTA:VC replays are allowed ~ You MUST have the REPLAY and a VIDEO of the scores for it to be submitable (F2 to record replay) ~ You must remain on your bike for the duration of the stunt, including the completion! (and ride it out for 3 seconds) ~ No Glitch Exploitation! ~ If your submitting a grind video include only the grind and not additonal stunts. The rules are a little different on this one. This is because we want to make sure that our stats are legit stats and not someone photoshopping screen shots. YOU MUST take VIDEO of the scores. This is best done with FRAPS. The score MUST be included in the capture, Just remember as soon as you touch the ground, hit the record button for a second or two while it shows you your scores and then your good to go. We also want you to include the in game replay of the stunt. Hit F2 to save the replay of your stunt and then pull it out of your My Documents/GTA Vice City User Files folder. Zip these files into a Zip folder and then you can upload them at TGA free: http://thegamersalliance.com/index/ . With the grinds, You MUST include a video of the entire grind and you riding it out afterwards! Also, TGA (Bloodymess13, Samurai_Ohk, Geldarr, and CaptainRadd) will judge who has the longest grind, If there is a question as to who has done the longest there will be a new post with a poll with the questionable videos so everyone will be able to vote which one is the longest. Its about time someone started breaking records again lol That rotation is gonna stay for a while i think, I thought that the height and would stay for a good while also but we will see =- ). The distance is deffinetly beatable, DanV has a 550 foot jump but i haven't been able to actually get the video yet. Next time i see you online DanV we need to try again so i can update the rec. The distance record can be beat at any jump on the map... if there was any confussion. I am about to start wheelie record, longest grind, and longest stoppie.

The TGA server is not down, the uploader is just screwed up for some reason, the TGA server is up 99.99% of the time. I am looking for a new uploader to use on TGA, but haven't found the perfect one yet. For now we are stuck using the same prehistoric method that andyroososoft uses all the time, that being catching me on MSN and i will upload it directly to the FTP and then you can enjoy the High bandwidth TGA has to offer. Very nice work. Its about time someonoe came out with a good video. Seemed like we were never going to get out of that trend of every knew video being worst then the last. This is a video TGA is truely proud to host. Anyone thinking of making a vid should deffinetly watch this first. Why not learn from the best? Nice work and i can't wait to see the next one. 10/10

Well i can deffinetly say one good thing about you DarkArtOf, You can deffinetly handle your criticism. thats pretty respectful. Sometimes you can tell a person the cold hard truth about there vid and they cry and complain about what you said. Anyway, Next time land your stunts, include the full stunt, and please don't include plain wall taps... Good luck next time.

Chuck, I can honestly say that was one of the worst stunt vids i have ever seen in my entire life. You should put a warning on your video next time... "for noob's only." I like watching stunt vids but yours just made me sick.

I am in line to download it right now, I will upload it to my FTP as soon as i get it. The Uploader has been giving everyone a shitload of trouble and i have been trying to fix it but it hasn't happened yet. I will conitnue working on it and hopefully it will get back to normal. Ok, I want to clear DanVs name. DanV is remaining the record holder, he does not cheat. He uses the number 9 on the keyboard to go faster. Every stunter that knows anything about stunting uses it. I think things got mixed up in translation and the fact that there are "PS2 controllers" and "PS2 keyboards". DanV misunderstood what GF was talking about and GF took it the wrong way (I think). No ones fault really, just a mix up. The number 9 key is legal for this world record challenge. its not in the rules against it and it won't be added to the rules.

Sorry guys, We got moved to a new server to handle all the load. things have been a little screwed up since the move. I have been working on the issue. The current record is 540 as far as distance goes, So why even post anything shorter? No its not even close to a record so NO ITS NOT A RECORD. Do you honestly not understand the concept of a "world record"???... I think the lesson here is READ PREVIOUS POSTS BEFORE POSTING SOMETHING TO MAKE YOU LOOK LIKE A DUMBASS. The records are updated as they are broken at http://thegamersalliance.com and on the first post of this topic. Look either place but for gods sake atleast LOOK before posting some screenshot of 436 feet. DanV, I think you gave me the wrong video file the other day for the 550 foot jump, You accidently gave me the 550+(which you didn't land) and not the 550 file. Catch me on MSN and give me the 550 and i will update the records.

Well, I don't know enough about this "feature" / "cheat" to disqualify DanV yet. I will talk to GF and DanV both to hear whats going on. Then the decission will be made to keep Danv as record holder or disqualify him. All i can say about that new rotation record.... DAMN ~ Bloody
