There are no rocket launchers, miniguns, spaz, etc. Those people had to have modded their files. Those weapons are not on the allow list so I don't know how one killed the other, unless they both had the same file setup perhaps. Locked.

You should always keep an extra mailbox handy to register at places you suspect to be advertisement mail spammers I just have a 1 on my normal email and use that as the saftey.

Great job, hard rain seems to make people laggy/choppy. But the weapons aiming is amazing. I can now kill with MP5, ruger, and m4 with relative ease, from not being able to hit people with them. I seem to crash a bit more, more randomly, and a bit harder sometimes, but still worth it. Manual Error: Prawn Island is listed for the Robber spawn place. I have one question btw, will one of your goals for .5 be to put boats in?

If you are on foot and activate the car scanner, then press Esc and navigate to the vice city map you will see players blips on it. No names but it will enable you to see if that distant blip is in the spawn screen. lol, ouch but yea I know, it took me awhile to figure that one out too. p.s. .4 or .5 getting rid of that blip?

I think this one would also be great if you cut off the background change and put some wording over the 4 Lances. Even the exact same wording on the same background in front of the Lances would look really nice for a loop over gif. But also give a link to mtavc.com

Well, if this thing does happen tomorrow, I dont want to lead. DeathB can lead... maybe along with someone else. I may not be there. But, if this does go down I think it would be a nice public event to make us all go against each clan and try to come out on top
