The mainstay of my ramps are like the ramps in MTA stuntmode. There is a small, medium, large, extra large, and a wide ramp. Really cool. I also use a certain mini-bridge sometimes to start high jumps. That reminds me, I have also built an awesome bridge that goes from Hyman Arena to Army Base. It branches off to a few places inbetween them. Boats can still get under the bridge. It even has railings!
