Well, 2 euro VPS will have very low spec and won't be able to handle more than 25 players at once. Most of the cheap servers are hosted on USA which means players will have higher ping. The storage are lower which means storage fill be full quickly and players data wont be saved. Even if you delete log files and stuff you will need to restart the VPS everytime you do that. Your server will have a lot of downtime. Plus those VPS are unmanaged, you will your time on setting up everything. Conclusion: I suggest you to get a proper managed MTA server as it will be easier for you. I say this because of my personal experience. I had a USA server which was very cheap but it had so high ping that players got so frustrated about it. So I then bought another USA server but this time paid $35 more (priced yearly) and now I have a powerful VPS which has fair ping.

Try www.freenom.com. I am using their free domains and they are awesome. They also sell premium domains at very low cost. Some of the free domains they offer are .ga, .gq and .cc. Premium domain includes .com, .net and .club.

It would be easier to communicate using Skype because I do not use my FB for gaming purposes. PM me your Skype or if you have TeamSpeak then it will work as an alternative .

I think he have some of his own resources but the community scripts he is using are basic such as hospitals and greenzones which will look same even if he had scripted. Why not? MTA is not all about scripting. I bet some of the freeroam server with no extra resources have more players than your server which have good resources (if you have one ). If a player have marketing skills to get players in his server then he can get players even though there is no unique scripts. All server owner care about players. For example - If I had a default freeroam server with 100 players then I wouldn't care whatever other say about lack of good script. At the end the server have 100 players and that is all matters.

Guys Sangara is not a resource stealer. He was hosting a server but it closed down because the scripter became inactive and the scripts had too much timers so even though his VPS was good the server still had lags so slowly the server came to an end because of another server which sangara decided to host. But soon that server bought a vps and kicked out sangara and he couldn't be bothered to start the server from 0 with an inactive scripter. This is why he chose to give away servers for free. Anyway he stopped his plan to make hosting company for now and his vps is now expired but I do know that he will be back to play on MTA and start his hosting company as well as open his server again when his scripter is active again.

Hey there, I am here to inform you about the gang war that is going to happen on Sunday in LogiXGaming.ga [Roleplay] Server. This server has got a gang system compared to other roleplay server which generally have a turf system. This is the place you need to go to join a gang. It is located near the beach in LS. You can join any gang you like but if you want to create your own gang then you will need $400k in-game cash. These commands shown on the screenshot are gang commands. They will only be shown to players who are joined to a gang. The command "!gang" displays in which gang you are. "!ginfo" displays the number of area your gang control and the number of gang members. Finally, "!gexp" shows how much gang experience you have. GEXP can be earned by killing other gang members. You will receive +5 for normal kills and +7 for headshots. However, you will also lose your GEXP if you get killed by someone else or sucide. The colourful area shown on the map above ^^ are all areas that can be captured by gangs. The back and white racing flag represents the area where there is a gang war going on. If your gang manages to get 6 kills or defends your area by getting 4 kills then all gang members who are online will get 1k as a reward from the server. For example- If your gang have 30 members and 20 of your gang members are online then if your gang manages to win an area then all 20 online members will get 1k each and that equals to 20k.

Raysmta, 20 slots is too low for 1 GB. I used to host a server on 128mb ram vps which I got for free on haphost.com. Sadly haphost is closed. Lemme tell you this 128mb can host 20 slots with max players and I had like 20mb resources. Therefore on 1gb vps he should be able to host 200 slot server at maximum level. this is max level so player may get lag spikes if the server is full. I would say 128 slots can be easily hosted by 1gb ram.

It would be great if I was able to disable dim feature. I have loaded it on the server but I d not start it when there are many players in the server. This is because when players enter the server time changes for everyone to dark. It would be good if you provide setting to make dark or not. Otherwise you can make it dark for players who are in the cinema only not who are outside.

You will need to edit the script. I think the DAYZ script you are using is from community which is compiled. So you cannot edit the script. However, if you have uncompiled script then it is possible to remove nighty plugin.

You need to stop your server then add edited acl.xml file so that when you start it loads the ACL. You probably added the edited ACL without turning your server off thus the problem ^^ occured
