That is being implemented under the <> code list (From what I read), use the <> brackets you see while editing and select lua for a bit of an incomplete one. -
Servers can change the config file to allow it, but it is disabled by default.

get vehicle component location doesn't work for lights. All you need to do is get the left or right location then a apply a negative value to that to get the other side.

Z axis would be up and down.

You're also going to have to define them into a table. But with this you only need one light, and just do a negative value for the x on the other light.

It's not as simple as switching between forums; both run off an entirely different software. The new forums were added due to the fact that the old ones were getting out of date. -
