Any map mod is cheating even if its on stunt server or if its on deathmatch server .

Ok ok you are right but only reason i said that is that way you know atleast a bunch more people have read your rules.Well even that doesnt quarentee that they will folow.but oh well i think now you get my point.

What you have heard about is a map mod called Cudda world,This does fall under cheatIng and anyone found using them on the official servers and most other servers will be banned for this.

SO your saying car mods are ok but heath cheats arent?Your saying that cheating on a stunt server is ok but on a deathmacth server it isnt?Cheating is cheating if you do it on stunt or deathmatch server IT IS still cheating ,if you have car mods and some other guy has health cheat BOTH of you are cheating.

Ok this topic really needs a bump,2 reasons. 1. nobody ever gave this guy a possible sollution. 2. I am also having this problem right now,searched tru the forums and only 2 topics about this error and none with answers. If someone has found out what causes this error and how to prevent/fix it post here please.

Thats your solution right there, foward the ports that are used by the server ( mostly 2003)

When everyone freezes is when you get disconnected from the server, you could still play(alone) ,ok this problem is caused by a firewall and/or router make sure the ports that that server uses are fowarded,(mostly use 2003)

Ok if the MOTD.txt has to used for message of the day then why not make another file,like i said before RULES.txt or something but, i think it would be better if when entering a server as rob said, when you press connect a pop up window of some kind opens and there is your rules there,and people have to click a yes button in order to enter the server or they get disconnected.Would this be possible?

Blokker is right the MOTD.txt is for message of the day ( obviously) but it has to be used as a place to set your rules and info etcetc since there isnt another place to put it ,there is no RULES.txt

1.thats not true 2Not true either 3.Any mods added to the game will make it more likely to crash even more since they havent been under a official test to see if they are stable 4.thats not true either , it might be if you leave your game running and do that of course,but in normal case after a hibernate and you start your pc back and then run the game it shouldnt/wont happen I think you are sufering from the lag isue , somehow i'm sure your new to this game , When trying to shoot someone shoot a bit ahead of them , best way is just to shoot a bit around them untill you find the spot where you see their life go down,and yes some people have bypassed the crc check but i think what you are suffering is not the cheaters, its more of the lag issue.

Making this into the game will make it use more bandwith and none of us want that and this is not even to mention what problems & bugss it would bring with it ,if you really have to talk (with voice) to other people just use vetrillo or teamspeak or something like that.

NOOOOOOOO!!! ,dont change your game to compatiblity 98 or ME MTA isnt compatible with them. Ok so you say your behind a firewall, and with 2000 - 2005 i think u mean the ports in between too ,if thats the case try turning your firewall or router off, one at a time ,then of course both if still needed , so you can check if it is really one of them or if its somethign else,and like someone already said download MTA again and try to install it with the new installer.

WHY YOU LITTLE,lol,i really doubt this will be done since there are still alot of people on dialup, NOT because they dont want cable but most dont have it in their area so they cant get a better connection, and mta has always been 56 k friendly with this i mean it was always remembered th ones that play on 56k and i dont think they will start stoping them from also enjoying this great game and its not tru that you cant kill them , i have a couple of friends that play with 56 k and I DO kill them a bunch of times, and you talk about players not playing in server in their country so because you dont like it i shoudnt play in us server to make it better for my friends?( Im one in euro they are a bunch in the states)I mean common i know high pingers are a pain sometimes, but to take away their chance to play?That 's going a bit too much.

ASE is not needed for MTA to work , ASE is only used to find servers easier.that way you dont have to remember or write them down eachtime.

They are Testing a new admin tool, that will kick people for certain things and yes cursing CAN get anoying and is not good for new people to come online and the first thign they get is , player :F*** you!! And kids yes kids do play this game people under the age of 18 ,even know this game is for +18still we dont want to give them more cursing then they are already getting.But since you'r not mature enough not to curse for atleast 10 minutes you deserve it, and dont you EVER think about posting a topic and talking this way about the developers again.
