-No, if your pc is good enough for vice city its good enough for mta( it might ask for a bit more but i hardly think this is the problem) -no,mta is build to even work on 56 k so thats not your problem -no, slow server? if you mean too high of a ping or too much lag etcetc,then no it shouldnt disconect you ,playing might be hard to do tought,you coudnt kill someone because of the high ping and lag,but it woudnt disconect you. I cant say for sure what is causing itbut it might be because you have mods or trainers or something like that ,mta will disconect you for trainer usage,however it shoudnt make you restart your pc, does the game freeze? or do you just not alt tab out?

EULA = end user licensee agremeent , its the thing you press [yes] to when installing and it does NOT mather if you didnt read it by clicking yes you are saying that you HAVE read it and that you agree with it, so by doing anything that is stated in their not to do you are breaking the law.(even if you did not read it)

Your wrong a virus or worm or trojan does NOT have to be in an .exe format

First of all i dont think any post that is a suggestion should start with : You should , it will make your post look like they have to do it, it woud be much better if you started it something like: I think it would be nicec if or, another cool feature would be or somethign like that , you guuys get my point anyways about your suggestion , i think its better ifthe MTA focused their time on making a stable ,with that i mean not crash every 10 minutes or somethign and reducing the bugs and making needed additions to MTA rather then to use their time making it so you can mod your server and game etcetc.

I know its only 2 days since you first posted this but any news on it? And any possibility of making one for admins?And btw a sugestion for the client one, of possible you should make it also show the names cause if your out of game (as player) you dont know which numbers correspond to which players,if you were admin you woud see it , but it woud still be better if it shoud names even for admins

Its a file that shoud be made when you run mta and it shoud be in your windows folder,if its not there that might be why, make sure windows folder aint set to read only.

Doing what you did must have already removed the mods meaning you have a clean install ,only thing i see you dindt do is remove mta.ini from the windows folder do that and it should work.

If im not mistaken you must be listed in the official gang list thread to be able to claim any terrain.

No since its not something you can pickup (like the health and adreniline pill) ,its just something that you get in one of phil cassidy's mission its when the boomshine exploded it makes you halfblind and bad reflexes.
