How about voice speak, like of call of duty, when pressing a key you could talk with your mic, the owner of the server will have the option the either switch it off, everyone can talk or the team only can hear, and the players can mute anyone for themselves.This could be a good idea for the future of RP servers,having the possibility not to type but speak, could also be for how many units the player is like the chat, obviously its just an idea.

Are you serious? Vista does not work with DX9. Vista does work with DX9, you only need to install those files. you cant even uninstall DX10 on VISTA so how you expect to install DX9 VISTA was made for DX10 and DX10 ONLY

KYE which is the founder of sa-mp once was part ot the MTA team and was also the leader for a while, but i guess things didnt go so well =/ anyway you have a point there, i used to think that way also, until i found out the truth

Many gamemodes of MTA were not 100% original, one example is the stealth gamemode, and i dont see the point of not having one, so what maybe people cant play cs or dont like it and prefer playing sa. I would say COD4

Yes it does make the water transparent, but it dosen't mean its not allowed, if so it wouldnt be accepted in mta, and if so there is no way for someone to release that he has enb series, so actually theres nothing stopping you.
