Same thing happen to me first time i got gtavc . i was so pissed i formated windows and after i did that . it worked . Then i started to infestigate what the program was . and i found out . that one of the programs i used to capture sound and make a mp3 file out of it . was blockin gtavc sounds . U might want to try to unistall ALL sound related programs u have on ur pc . and see if it works . Also . check out some sound option on ur control panel

Mta Does not alter the game in any way while mta is shutdown ..

Shount be blacked out if ur using it .. The only time i think it can get like blacked out as u say .. is when .. well when u cut it out ..

thats cause of ur downloadsing the picture from a slow server or something . and in mta u join the lowest ping server .so .. yes it will transfer faster ..

Had nothing to do .. so i made up a avatar host . U can upload anything u want (jpg , bmp , gif ) bellow 500k . its great for avatars .. and if needed i can raise the file size limit .. Hope u guys like it .. And if u want post any advice on stuff i should change here .. http://dv3.servepics.com/ its not the best , or the fastest . but its stable .. and good for when u cant find any other ..

no citizens on lan or online .. cause it would take too much bandwitdh .. and its just not possible .. any more questions , they are mostely answered in the manual ...also some tutorials there

thats the port on the client .. Or the port that the clients connect to .. any more question . read the manual .. U know .. belive it or not .. sometimes .. it helps us ..
