I think he meant . 2 gigs of ram .. Cause 2 mb is like so slow u coun't run MS Notepad .. Or windows .. or GTA...

Its simple to do . Open the MTA client , connect start mta . then hit [ctrl] + [alt} + [del] , close GTA-VC.exe and leave mta running . then start a normal GTA-vc game .. u might have to start a new game tough ..

Same thing happened to my server . the prob was . i was running the mta server on a crappy pc . so even tough it was on LAN . the pc was making the ping 9999 . P.s : Sup everyone , im back . i wasne t really gone .. but i took a "break from the mta forum.. and any other forum out there"

In the next 3 weeks . im going to upgrade the servers and add mysql support .. hum .. dont think there is a way... unless u modified the game's radio . into like each genre .. but . it would take too much work . and i donno if its possible

Simple.. Download a new server . and copy the mtaserver.conf from the old one to the new one .. This is the easyer way to do ... and .. i donno why . but ur ip should be in the ban file .. but anyways . just download a new one . and copy the file over . and it should be all set

P.s : Also . i belive Mta should be free of ... of.. Noobs like u...

Simple solution : -AWAYS Get the windows updates -Get a Antivirus .... Now .. the only chance of u getting a virus is if someone hack the windows update website and make ur pc thing a update is available and u download it .. but still . ur antivirus will detect it ...

yep , I agree with ya . Kchat is the best .. What i did was rip it . and make it a mp3 . and apply it in the mp3 radio .. So now i have chatterbox on mp3 radio . Ye i know . its kind of old . but it does bring alot of memories

make sure your router is "good" or "new" cause i had a old router i bough a year ago , at a yard sail , and it made my speed go down to 200k .. but its all good now . trashed that trash

Weird , i got comcast . They opened all ports . let me run all the servers i could think of . including Apache , and a mail server . Also i have 6 computers . and last time i check . my server (one of the 6) had 5 gig of bandwitdh wasted in 2 months (up and down) They never bothered me . Altough i have heard of somepeople who got warning for using more than 1 gig bandwidth montly

Well , first of all . dudes . this topic was started by someone who did not know how to protect him selfe agains the stubby . and i belive the only thing he can do bout it is train and get better , cause i have been playing for months and months . and if i dont want to get shot by a stubby . i wont ... (just run around in circles ) But the whole point is ... The stubby is a great weapon , and many gang battles are "oppon" it , (mostly everyone uses it) unless the battle is at the airport or something .. So .. just practice and u'll get better

Well ... then u dont know how to fight . first of all . the trick is "not getting shot" once u get . u suck and the person who shot u was better at that moment . in gang battles . once ur caugh on the ground . a chance of about 1/10 u are able to get up and run for health . its all a trick . for people who know how to fight with it ... So my advice is ... practice . and practice . u'll get better and avoid getting shot ..

Its cause , well . we all know some people have slow computers . and if they tried out the Teargas , it would cause their pc to freeze , and the game might even crash . i have tried the teargas mod on my slow computer . it froze and i was forced to restart , but it works fine on the faster one . So i guess they took it out . so n00bs wont e-mail them saying their game is "broken"

Are u sure ur installing it correctly . and make sure the skin is for the right car .... dont just guess what car u think should go with it ...
