well . say my upload is 100kbps . then i guess ur only going to get to download 100kbps ... thats why p2p dosent go SOO fast on large files . And i think thats why the made it so u can download from many people at once ... Or maybe im just wrong bout the whole thing ...

Well , thats cause u dint beta test on lan like me . Everything is real . Cars and all .. There are some bugs tough . such as the car disapearing and apering again as it is shown on the video . But of course . their going to be fixed . now . you have barely seen the mod . so please dont go around saying its fake cause its not

Make the Admin port different from the server

U must go into the server setup file . and select the admin port , save it . run server , run admin and the host is the server's ip adress . and the port is the one u selected on the setup file .
