the mta suggest taht you run mta on a clean gta install. if the collision files, and handling remain the same, cars should work. map mods will only work if everyon on the server have that map.

im quite happy bout that - respect =) either way, regulars usually get listened to, despite the spam factor =)

this has had a long discussion already in the modstack forums. big bouncing arrows suck, and i think a fading dots system is used for location on the map, and perm dots for team mates. may have changed since then, but i believe that was the call.

well hate to burst you bubble - but unless you have a couple of grand that you want to wire to the MTA team to cover expenses, so they can fast-track this project (they'll prolly spend it on booze anyway - shout me the trip over guys =P =) it aint gonna get here any quicker than they can help it. We all want the release ASAP, but shit happens, and things sometimes go wrong, things blow up, major bugs get found... etc etc etc - you get the idea. These guys are probably spending all the free time they have on this, to get it released as quickly as they can. actually - im interested as to the progress on gta3T. this third mod is getting little or no publicity but i reckon could shake things up, and easily topple GGM as the current top-mod =) as for the vs thing, there is no competition as such between the 3 mods. only in the eyes of the end user.
