MTA will NOT run unless you have GTA3. gta3 is cheap now anyway, considering the imminent release of vice when it comes out in may.

true - a solid program is the #1 objective. I think the way that has been figured out, is that all weapons/icons are to be syncd - and if you are not over an icon and gain something you will be found, and if you are standing over an icon which you just took, and you gain an extra bonus you will be found. As for scripts and stuff, i guess mta may suffer the same as cs, but we can only wait.

MTA is fully against the piracy of gta3 or any games (at least R* games anyway ) stop the talk about piracy, only copy games if you own the original, and have them only for your own use. read your EULA's before taking the above as law =)

this will probably never happen anyway. its easier if the 3 moderators (yes trx, dispurse some indescriminae justice with us =) just keep law and order instead =)

while it promotes competition - it also diltues the number of people who are 'loyal' to each mod. Some experienced forum members have moved into senior roles with other mods, and that cant be good. A double edged sword in action.

there is already a perminent irc faq in the general discussions forum (might move it actually). If people read all the threads that look relevent before posting it would solve most problems =) Most questions get answered about 2-3 times before people notice anyway. If it hasnt been asked in a while ill usually let it slide anyway (unless the question is stupid overcourse=)
