i would say that the ping is not high, its BOUNCY. about 15 secs of 2 digit ping (NEVER EVER had a 2 digit ping), and then about 45 secs of 146548789487846546ass41354987463415641 ping. its not just me, i noticed that on every bounce some people time out - an evil packet maybe?

it should be addressed 'realistic'

actually i played against some of them... i think there a brazilian clan or something... they have good pings but shitty computers or sumting... it takes them to get up after a stubby 3 times slower (6 times 'getting up on their feet').

hmm... lets see... i think it would be better if you just put the balloons near the guys head, instead of putting it on a black screen. i mean, you were DESCRIBING whats happening through text under a char (robber, holding dave )! the camera angles were uh... stupid.. i mean, get more camera men and locate them to work with diffarant angles, dont use the actor to film it with cinematic view . oh and another thing that bothered me, and always will, is the GUI. remove it, theres an option for it in vice citys options. the story was nice. quite corny but nice . overall, lowest score here: 7/10. take it as a complimet as the lowest score is so high .

you probably havnt read the thread eh? i will shorten it for you because im lazy to give you the whole speech: helis are part of the game. evrything in gta is part of the game. cheats and hacks are not a part of the game. if you cant dodge a heli YOU are the noob, because YOU dont have enough skill to dodge it, not because the guy in the chopper has less skill. there are many ways to dodge a heli, even if you are in open ground. have i missed anything?
