Why not use the sa-mp emulator? 1) Any emulator implies a potential for bugs... from what I've heard, AMX isn't free of them. Certain gamemodes/scripts are known to mess up. 2) Scripting for SA-MP and then using it on MTA = you only get SA-MP's features: shite. Although the AMX emulator is a nice idea, native Lua scripting will always beat it as far as results go...

Or, you could name a price and then people could bid. Of the few people who are competent and willing enough to script for money, even fewer are psychic or interested in guessing what you want to pay.

Ah. DP2.1-DP2.3 were client updates. Are you sure you didn't spell it wrong or anything? If you didn't, maybe you should reinstall MTA.

Sounds like a bad idea. Go to https://mtasa.com and download DP2.3. Not sure if that has anything to do with the problem, but you should do it all the same.

I'm assuming you use DP2.3 in which case both the freeroam and admin resources come with the server. After adding yourself as admin in ACL.xml you can open the admin panel by pressing P in game, after logging in. After logging in as admin you can write /start freeroam in the chat to start the freeroam mode.

Well, that's what we have scripting for. At the moment, I guess there aren't enough competent scripters that are interested in making such a mode. Hopefully 1.0's release will cause interest in MTA to flare up a bit, f knows we need more players.

The P, L, E, A, S and ? keys on the keyboard are there for a reason, like the word "please" is a part of the English language for a reason: use it... PLEASE? 3) Posted RACE-related questions in the RACE subforums, and DEATHMATCH-related questions in the DEATHMATCH subforums? (I know, it's hard. But try anyways?) 4) Tried making your posts more readable? Hint #1: use shift, not caps lock. The capitalized letters go in the beginning of sentences (after the ., the !, and the ? I told you about earlier) and the beginning of names. Hint #2: Use punctuation like the period(.), comma(,) and question marks(?) Hint #3: Grammar = win. Please it use and words in the order right put. If you're from the UK, there's no reason to spell and build sentences like a four-year-old.

Ok, I put my hate for rapidshite aside briefly and downloaded it to have a quick look. In the first two lines I found at least 15 grammar- and spelling related mistakes, when writing something you want others to read and understand and definitely a tutorial, the first thing you might want to do, is learn the language in which you're trying to write. I don't know which language is your primary one, but you might want to consider writing in that language instead of English. There's also some right-out misinformation here: It's not the newest MTA... it's old and pretty outdated by now.
