Use Azeru toolbox, or bauss toolbox.

What kind of mods? You can import vehicles,peds,weapons models to MTA SA without problem. Just use the engine functions to do it.

There are nightly build which you can try almost every day.

:facepalm: They probably don't even know about Multi Theft Auto. Yeah I bet they know. MTA isn't a small thing. It did something that no other mod ever did! And another thing R* did contact MTA back in like 2003(or something). Search it up.

We usally play multiplayer games. That isn't one. But I played it was quite good.

You can't have CLEO mods on MTA, they are disabled. But you could script them.

There is a default resource called freecam if I'm not mistaken. Start it and do the same stuff with it like you would with cam hack. I don't see the reason to enable it so you could just make a screenshot. There are other ways.

There are already resources that allow you to fly/control with camera. Try Stage or freecam. I don't see any need to enable it.

Just download the scoreboard again and start it.
