Admins, might I suggest the following mods?: http://www.lithiumstudios.org/forum/vie ... f=31&t=941 (From http://www.stopforumspam.com/downloads/ > Anti-Spam ACP) and Activate this in the Admin Control Panel in the Captcha Settings section: http://recaptcha.net/ I have used both for a very long time on multiple forums, PHPBB included, and they work well. The Recaptcha nails most of the spam bots, and the Stop Forum Spam mod catches the very few that leak through and stop them before they can activate themselves via email.

What makes you an IE fan in the first place? You must be a MS fan in that case What makes you try and use that against me? My browser choice should not be affecting my ability to view a website correctly.

Personally, I like to see the new features and updates finally added in IE8 that IE6, IE7, and below didn't have, but everything from later versions of IE7 and above lag like none other. It takes forever to get that damn browser to load when you first open it. I'm a huge IE fan, but this is a major turn-off for wanting to use this product. I think many other would also agree, hence why some haven't upgraded.

Last time I played, I can be sure to say that 'sync bad!!!' is in the right place. We had terrible trouble with playing with each other. We we're only two who could successfully play around. Out of sudden other people just freeze and you cant do anything but reconnect to fix the desync. I don't know if this was a problem with slightly different GTA: VC versions or if it's always been like that. 90% of the desync in 0.5 can be solved by /kill'ing and respawning.

I'm sure older browser compatibility options could easily be applied. Most forum software already has such things built in to prevent issues like this. It's usually just one to a few lines of code.

Ya, honestly I too would like to see the other pages get a redesign to match the rest of the site. It's kinda sad that only part of it was redone, with no plans to complete the rest. I'm also a little upset about some of the missing information on the site that was there with the old homepage. I know some of it is being fixed as we speak, but there are other parts that have been missing for quite some time now. Overall, the site is amazing. I love the design honestly.

Perhaps do you mean the "Downloads" link in the top navbar? On a side note, that link redirects to a mirror of the main page, but the file URL is "https://mtasa.com/dl-archive.html". If it's something different, that also needs to be fixed.
