Glad to hear it! The forums were a terrible mess before. What are you guys hosting on now? P.S. Blokker, are you in charge of this part of the services? If so, I would like to speak to you sometime in the future regarding something similar in hopes you can open my eyes to some mistakes I have been making, but that's another topic for another day.

There should be user settings for both in your user account settings. The administrators should only need to enable it on the board's settings in the administrative control panel.

Title explains it. Recreated it because the archive is still missing, and the multiple forum restorations deleted the topic.

Reinstall GTA 3 and run it atleast once before using MTA with it.

It's probably blocking the download before it reaches your computer, thus corrupting it and leading to that error. Try turning off your A/V until it's finished installing. Then add an exception and re-enable it.

Any updates regarding the disabling of avatars?
