There's an item the server thinks still exists but wasn't properly deleted. The lua is truly a mess - I have intent of working on it, but I'm still fighting with this site. My truck just got totaled and I bought a new car this week and I'm having to go watch my parents dogs for them so I don't have access to my PC. I will very soon be able to work on this a ton. I'll be sure to give a thread update by the end of the week.

ASI will never be integrated. If we ever got DLL integration, I imagine it would be similar to that of GMod. I still don't think it would happen. The MTA devs are very anti clientside DLL for security reasons.

Nothing crazy, but hey, it looks good and works. Good work dude.

I have a full time + OT job doing C# programming and IT, live an hour away from work. My free time is maybe 2 hours a day. I don't want to spend all that time working even more. The website will be up when it's up. I have tried multiple paths to the site now. I have now a setup that will work, but it needs a front end. If you can customize phpbb, Titania, and anchor to all work together perfectly overnight, be my guest and do it. I spent half of January moving into a new place that was 20 miles away, working on my truck, doing housework. I am not some kid who can spend all day on his PC doing whatever. Basics are in place, but they look like shit. I can either release a half assed website that's usable but doesn't look right, or I can spend my time during my lunch breaks and available afterwork/weekend time doing it right. I chose the latter.

No, they want custom models. New models. Not just a mapper to move GTASA objects around, but someone to actually 3D model a whole new area.

This isn't a "problem", it's acting as it should. Domains are literally just masks for IP's.

If any characters are RTL, like Arabic, I could see it causing this issue.

Yeah, nevermind the massive spam attack the staff battled for months.

It's also a steaming poo on the security front. What do you suggest would make a better alternative? Almost any other free forum is better in terms of basic security. SMF before phpBB would be considered. Personally, I don't use free forum softwares anymore. They're typically junk and get spammed easily.

I don't know what you were going for here, but we've been past 18500 for a while... here's the new high. Highest: 19893 players - 2014 Jan Sun 5th 17:30

Actually you can download our resources here.

With a userbase that is 50% Intel HD Integrated, yeah it probably is.

His correction was incorrect. FTP is pronounced Eff Tee Pee. So an FTP is fine. And furthermore, your host controls the login information, afaik clients can't change it.

This is quite awesome! I wasn't aware it was that easy to use SketchUp -> MTA. I might have to look into that... Also, I have a script I wrote for your Tron map. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VvIu0Fvmx6g

Not really the same thing. In theory, you could add a full stats panel and user login to this. It would be fairly simple. If your MTA server uses MySQL, even easier.

It's also a steaming poo on the security front.

Fantastic! By the way, I had ported some of the Revolt cars to MTA before, it's super easy.
-
You can script that yourself without the source.

That's not in our immediate list of issues. This gamemode needs a lot of work in a lot of places. Our site hopefully will be up at the end of the week, I've been really busy and unable to work on it. Once it is up though, my intention is to have some public list of fixes so that the community can know what we have in store.

If only we had a digital encyclopedia of information related to running MTA on Linux... Or even a search on the forums because this issue has come up 500+ times... https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/In ... _GNU_Linux
