What he means is MTA has a little more time to show something befor the titan is out and everyone looses interest in MTA:SA. By everyone i mean the normal players, not QA Team/friends of devs/friends of qa team memers. Lets hope "They are f*ucking close to release now." is not another delusion.

Actually MTA:RACE has that frame limiter, GTA HAS it also but by default is OFF(and you can turn it ON if you want in the Settings).

Who said we ware sleeping on the keyboard, i can be on the computer every day for a few hours, one of the things i do is to check the forums, that certainly doesn't mean i sleep in the forums.

I had a Radeon 9000 a long time ago, the whole lineup(ALL 9000 cards) ware defective, no matter which manufacturer or revision it was(i changed quite a few) they ware all defective. Yes i can, it only happens in RACE, and the only fix is to relaunch it untill it works.

It has never been unplugged, the mouse works fine when i press ESC and use the menu(thats in RACE), only when i play i cannot move the camera with the mouse OR start nitro(not to mention shooting).

I can only say WTF!? I start RACE, join my server and no mouse! I relaunch RACE and try to join my server, INTERNAL ERROR! I relaunch RAVE, join my server and NO MOUSE AGAIN! I relaunch FOR THE LAST TIME RACE, join my server AND NO MOUSE AGAIN! WTF!??!

If its not this year then Valve sux at setting release dates.

No problems here, are you sure you waren't logged off(or maybe your cookies are playing games with you?). I'd recommend deleting you browser cache(temp files, cookies, history bla bla bla) and try then.

All major GTA games get released for PC, plus tehre is a Xbox360 version, meaning its created with XNA meaning PC port it will be fast and easy.

I belive its Visual Studio 2003, and NO its not .NET based.
