I was tinkering with a fan I had on my CPU while the comp was on, sparked on the mobo, and the whole comp went off. So I thought.. hmm.. this thing just got skull f!cked with electricity.. I let it be for a day, then tried starting it... no juice.. So, I said to myself.... you know what, f!ck it. I took a static charge making thing I had, and I had the arc hit the chipset on the mobo, then turned off the power to my whole room, then turned it back on, reset the mobo entirely, and reset the PSU. sprayed the whole mobo with electrical contact cleaner, etc. Let that dry, then tried starting it... worked fine. Moral of the story: Kick whatever you're trying to fix in the ass, It'll work Juuuuust fine.

Yarr, but you'll have to find a server with people on it, and I dont know about ROLE PLAYING in Rumble, but basicly it's find who you can, and shoot them.

Well, without the RPG part, SA MP / Rumble are the 2 things you have at the moment then. Just ask the people in a server (Gotta find one, but SA MP will have a server browser (I think? Not sure.. so dont hold me to that :z) So, you'll find a server, and ask people to team with you, and be on another team. kinda improvised gangwars, but thats the way it's been with MTA / Rumble.. since like... ever

Um, you wont find anything particularly like that even with SA MP, best thing I could recomend.. Uh... Hell, whats the name... tell you what, gimee five minutes, I'll go find the name of the game I'm thinking of.

Leveling up is built into the stats of the game, but they're not noticeable really unless you go from teh suxx0r at shooting to ub3r l33t sn1p0r. MMORPG = Massively mutliplayer online rpg. So.. no. at (16?) People per server.. it's not exactly massive. /me points to SA-MP. Their servers are rumored to hold something like 50-100 people, is what's been popping around. So if you want something thats like.. a semi-fully-populated online SA, that'd be your best shot. Also with SA-MP's (clientside? Cant remember) PAWN scripting, You'll be able to do RPG related things.
