  1. Try specifying different ports, something like 21000 or 43000. Who is hosting this server? What Linux distro are you attempting to run this server on?
  2. They are updates. Does this issue happen on all servers? Does it time out after a specific period of time, or randomly? When exactly do you time out - when downloading maps, or playing?

    DX not working

Please disable compatibility mode for MTA and GTA and see if that helps. If it doesn't, reset all driver settings in the nVidia Control Panel to defaults and try again. Also, upload the latest file in MTA\dumps for us to analyze.
  5. Please install the following: Graphics driver Audio driver Chipset drivers BIOS 2.14 Latest patch of MTA:SA Latest DirectX runtimes Provide another dxdiag log after installing.
  6. These network issues are the reasons we moved to MTA:SA 1.3. Please upgrade. There is no fix for your issues using 1.1.1.
  7. The "FPS Increaser" is already being done by MTA:SA since 2011, get rid of it. Please reinstall GTA:SA and do not apply any modifications and see whether your FPS improves. You have too many variables, between the various ASI files and the modified GTA3.img.
  8. Please install the following: Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted) Storage driver Latest DirectX runtimes Provide another dxdiag log after installing.

Please download and run MTADiag, follow the instructions, paste its generated log file at PasteBin, then link to that paste here.

  11. No, this driver is separate, just try installing it again. Temporarily remove the D3D9.dll and see if your FPS improves.
  12. OK, the drivers installed properly except for the audio driver. Try installing that one again. What's the D3D9.dll for in your GTASA directory?
  13. I'd advise against using it. The delay between frames is likely intentional and unexpected results can occur without it.
  14. Please install the following: Graphics driver Audio driver Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted) Chipset drivers Provide another MTADiag log after installing. What does "San_Andreas_FPS_Increaser.exe" do?

    DX not working

Could you run MTADiag and paste the generated log file at Pastebin? This will gather more diagnostic information and might help determine what's wrong here.
  18. You're welcome. If you have McAfee or any other antivirus installed in addition to Avast, I'd advise you remove them.
  19. AVG isn't completely disabled as far as I can tell. You still have its processes running. Try using AVG Remover.
  20. Why do you have McAfee, Avast and AVG antiviruses installed? Pick one, the rest just slow your system to a crawl due to multiple file system filters trying to scan files all at once.
  21. Run this version of MTADiag, but this time quit the installer after it pops up and enter "n" into the prompt to continue with diagnostics and generate a log file. Paste the contents of that logfile at Pastebin and link to the paste.
