MTA will show that error if it doesnt have connection to the internet. It's a bug, make sure your MTA is permitted to acces internet by your firewall or anything else that could block it from connecting.

most 3th person games or any types of shooters where you can walk, arent meant to be played with yoystick. I bet there will be support for it, but trust me, it will suck Playing GTA/MTA with keyboard will be much easier to play.

For the ASE Reporting ( Server List where your server doesn't appear ) : You need to check the box enable ase reporting in the server config tool. If that doesnt help, just open your ports in your router. Ask someone else how to do it, as I forgot how I did it
