  1. I've suggested a Ghost Mode many times before, but they've rejected the idea every time
  2. If broadband isn't affordable in his country that's obviously not his fault, but I'm sure the MTA team won't rewrite the netcode just to be more friendly to the 5% of players who use dialup, and spoil the game for the players who have high-speed connections.
  3. Solution: wait until broadband access is more affordable.
  4. You mean you're too fucking ugly to post your picture online?
  5. Something about you being a faggot, more like?
  6. Aren't they both illegal? If they are, there is absolutely no doubt that the MTA team will not make such a mod, as they would face severe legal punishment, most definately from Microsoft but also probably from Rockstar themselves.
  7. Yes, but how is that any different to a random person taking a picture of you with their camera phone when they're walking down the street? His mum probably just wont let him put his picture on the net. Sloth, this link might be useful to you: http://www.netidme.com/
  8. Try turning off your firewall completely and refreshing the server list. If it still doesn't work, then it isn't your firewall causing the problem. As for the freezing, I have no idea. I never had any problems playing any version of MTA, it has always worked straight ouf of the box for me, even on my low end machine.
  9. Lol, Sloth too scared to post his picture on the Internet

    Get broadband.
  11. Newer online games are designed for high-speed Internet connections. Since Broadband has been widely available since the late 1990's, many game developers have made bandwidth usage higher (not by much though) to increase playability, because making the game have awesome graphics but crappy network synchronisation would be boring. If you don't want to upgrade your Internet, the only feisable option would be to not try playing newer games. The vast majority of new online games are not designed with 56K in mind.
  12. Just copy and paste your MP3 files into C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\mp3 You could have found this out quicker if you had just read the game manual.
  13. How about hitting refresh and then joining a server?

  15. Credit card fraud, LMAO, Valve aren't going to steal his money you jaff and their site is SSL encrypted anyway...
  16. You do not need to open ports to play the game. You only need to open ports to host a game. Other than that, you could be timing out because either you or the server have a bad connection/peering, or it could be because you have high packetloss between the server.

  18. They are two different files you know... either ways you can get MSVCP71.dll from here: http://dedicated.janipewter.net/MSVCP71.DLL Place the file in C:\Windows\System32
  19. SA-MP has a lot of different game modes, and you can even write custom ones, like many users have for their servers. An example is the PartyServer, it runs a custom gamemode called SFTDMv3.

    VC closes its self...

MTA does not support no-cd cracks. Use the original CD when playing.

    VC closes its self...

Make sure you aren't running Xfire at the same time.
  22. In your My Documents folder there is another folder called GTA San Andreas User Files. Copy the files from inside here to the same folder on your new computer and load the game. Your save files will be there.
