What? You don't need to open any ports to play the game, only to host one.

It means that it cannot connect to the master server to update the anti-cheat files. Make sure you don't have a firewall or anything blocking it.

Make sure you have nothing else open like MSN etc when you play. The anticheat uses a really shoddy detection method and any program in local memory with one of the blacklisted keywords can trigger it.
