They said that everybody on the server will have the same mods, so there will be no desync and bugs connected with that. If someone gonna drive Viper RT/10 on your screen he will be doing the same on everyones.

no i don't have gave it to vck... they've bad connection and they ping too much. my server is optimus for british and germany i think that the connection of the server is weak coz when i was all alone on it i had ping bout 300

I think they said u will have to download and install custom mod from a website, then search a server that operates on it..... choose the mod from some fancy menu, press connect and drive around in your custom Shelby GT 500E
