the instability thing is just a fairy tale made up to stop ppl from modding! I say once again - not all modding is bad (visual is not) but as it was said w8 for blue coz now it's illegal (btw about 80 brand new custom vehicles didnt caused instability in my case )

maybe u got custom speed-o-meter in your VC main folder...it cause crashes

uhm..maybe try reinstalling gta3.... or ask some1 to send it to you if u dont have 5 mins to do it

yeah it's new as for the ideas...the main seems : -change car spawn locations and cars thmeself, -increase m60 dmg so it's not a big ruger -add SPAS and UZI (which prolly will be done ) -make cost of the wpns adequate to they dmg and quality

uhm, from what i reckon u wont be even able to connect before u download a mod-pack from server admin webpage, and it's not that u see other cars. u just see ur cars which r the same as the ones other have

uhm..... he means that when u connect for the first time u got disconnected because of a trainer which doesn't exist (4 ex MTA thinks that your msn or firefox are trainers lol )

if u own a server then u will be able to create ur own mod-pack for using on your server... if u wanna play on other server u gonna have download that servers mod-pack got it
