  1. there was a time when glitchjers were gods of the game...... only vets knew how to use 'em....... for me the thing that destroys the gameplay is the way that ppl can block u.... it's so easy..... almost every n00b do this even when he dont know bout it.... it's really annoying when u know that u have 2 yrs exp and some 2 day wanna-be kills u with Ingram...... sad.....

  3. ...pointless. U surelly know what i meant (obviusly it isnt an 10389 ppl team) Im sure a near 50 ppl of 10389 (and rising) would help in the developments. If it were so easy to join mta team im sure there would b more developers than it actually does. What its clear its that R* will include the 2 players mode (which its pointless in pc.. or u re going to install 2 mouses to play ) 2 player in SA:PC? i don't think so......if u want be part of the team proove yourself (like Oli did )

  5. get Vice City limit adjuster and set it like on the screen: that will make the .exe handle on with the textures
  6. we use stubby coz its the only usefull weapon (well m4 is also but not as much as stubby)......when Blue comes out i will finally use my favs weapons (that is m4 ans spas ) from what i knowm no1 liked the stubby in SP VC...... well i found the presence of stubby in mta

  9. Mac 10 isnt used by VCC. There is at least one pickup for every weapon each career has EXCEPT the m60 Mac 10 isnt used by VCC. ???!?!?! It is.......

    you will never be able to move all the glitches, as bump said, its vc nature (at least in this core). how else do edit a weapon, the cuts.img? Bump mentioned sth bout it...ask him

    balancing the damage and removing the glitches the same way as it was made with grenades........ it was made in the weapon.dat file wasnt it? and the poll title doesnt mean im asking only about weapon.dat.....i asking bout weapons as overall....so if balancing and removing glitchess need some other actions u can count them.

  19. Yeah, all everyone seems to talk about these days is the mod support. As Talidan said, bandwidth has been reduced in addition to smoother animations as shown by these video clips: http://www.mtavc.com/archive.php?nummer=170 These features were meant to be in 0.4 but didn't make it. According to Kent, they've since made some other tweaks that results in them being even smoother. 404
  20. The single player game yes. If people want everything as close to single player as possible then we would of course have to give you, the player, similar hitpoints to an NPC to reflect this, meaning 2 colt 45 shots would kill you. MTA Instagib anyone? werent that 4 shots?? if real colt 45 kills with 2 shots so plz make it kill with 2 shots j/k....but u could increase dmg

  22. Ok, first you say take the stubby out, then you say make it like 0.3. There is no question that the most powerful weapon in 0.3 is the stubby, and without it there wouldn't be much point in going back to 0.3. My point is I like weapon.dat the way it is in single player, where you shoot someone once or twice and they DIE. Maybe this is a cultural difference. Many European players seem to prefer their weapon.dat wattered down or "balanced" while many American players prefer it at full power the way R* intended it to be (and without any other tinkering to "fix" glitches). Could we have a server side option for original, completely unmodified weapon.dat and "balanced, deglitched" weapon.dat to better serve the reigonal needs of our players? That would be the simplest solution to the endless bickering over weapon strength and glitches. The server admin sets the weapon.dat mode (or maybe even pushes it to clients!) so those who want purity (0.3) can have it on the newest engine and those who want the tinkered version can have that. yeah, i said once that the weakest weapon (MAC 10) should make 15, m4 - should kill with 4-5 shots (20-25 dmg), m60 with 2 etc...... the orginal weapon.dat is that deadly to pedestrians..... for me the weapons dmg should be increased...... this the only solution now - if 1 bullet from 5 shoted hit make sure it will make some dmg
