  1. time for you to sit out a 24h g-line now. When you get banned in a channel, respect the ban, don't evade it by changing nick or host.
  2. it's because the forum is set to mtasa.com and the cookie gets made for mtasa.com
  3. http://maps.google.nl/maps?saddr=Cockle ... pd&t=h&z=3 29.449 km,58 dagen 7 uur
  4. eAi, it is beatable, i have gone up to 29400km with 58 days. Z3RB1AN, google maps does indeed miss a lot of stuff. Mainly border crossings but also entire countries. I doubt you would have made Vladivostok simply because google does not seem to like russia. Also a route like that would be instantly beaten by simply starting from south africa, as eAi demonstrated google maps has crossings between Africa and Europe.
  5. Who can find the longest route with driving instructions on Google maps? Some simple rules: - Only 2 waypoints (start and finish) - Only google maps links allowed - Do not use coordinates but use named locations as start/finish. - Kayaking is allowed One example : http://maps.google.com/maps?saddr=Nordk ... flg=ht&z=3
  6. Only real option afaik is to subscribe to a topic. You can do this by default in the user control panel. That way whenever someone replys in a thread you made a reply in you will receive an e-mail. But then again if you do a lot of posts you will simply get spammed.
  7. community was having some problems yesterday. Should be fixed by now.
  8. I think the problem is that they don't have an automated setup to build linux bins
  9. Where do you select a language? mtasa.com is only available in english.

  11. Sure you can. The first 3 errors are part of a piece of javascript. Since JS isn't part of the XHTML standard that code simply should not be there. Move the javascript to it's own file and include that file back in the header of the page. Error number 4 is related to a table and more specificly to a property that has to deal with layout. The layout of a page or it's elements should not be inside the body code but elements should be formatted within a stylesheet. Give the table a class and set the height in the css.
  12. For starters, the monitor is not an official part of MTA. Maybe the box that runs this server has a lot of IPs bound to it and the software is linking to all of these ... but that's just a guess.
  13. in phpbb the username and displayname are identical, always. Unless you install a modification. But i think seperating the user- and displayname is a really bad idea, confusing for both the user and the admin.
  14. they are the same, you login with the name that displays when logged in on the forums. And unless someone disabled the option again a user can change his nickname in the user control panel.
  15. We moved from openbsd + lighttpd to freebsd + nginx. The initial install used php 5.2 but it was recommended to upgrade to the 5.3 branch by someone else who had the openid problems. But this created some new errors. The switch to nginx is a decision I made. nginx has some small advantages over lighttpd.
  16. mediawiki an phpbb are up to date, no idea about mantis at the moment. It's just that php got upgraded to 5.3.5, latest version in the ports collection and 5.3 apperantly has some nice changes. OpenID fails on FreeBSD for a lot of people apperantly, but I did get it working completly now. It did require a small hack that in rare cases (when the openid never returns a service) could send you in an infinite reloading loop. Need to look into that further, but the most important thing is that it works.
  17. yes, some fine work from php about the timezone thing. main page got f*cked due to the mirror list emptying by accident. Restored a backup and everything is fine again. That's what happens when you try something new.
  18. Upgraded php to make the wiki openid login work again (still a work in progress). And php 5.3 has some nice depricated functions it seems.
