  1. This guy knows! This is very useful, I will suggest it, thank you. For now, I might have to fight the constant fear of learning HLSL and try doing that haha That’s what I thought too, but didn’t have a very good experience with custom mapping and draw distances, and some “fixes” can affect performance greatly when thinking about scalability. By the way, love your scripts!

  3. Polski Truckerski Serwer Polski Truckerski Serwer is the longest existing server with a truck theme, which will allow you to play the role of not only a truck driver, but also give you the opportunity to play the role of an employee of other services. For over twelve years we have been providing entertainment for fans of trucks on the Multi Theft Auto platform. Throughout this period, the server had the honor to host close to 100000 people who decided to check what we can do. Lots of people are still a part of the PTS community, thanks to which we have the satisfaction of working continuously. That’s all in terms of introduction, I invite you to the next part to get to know the server up close. Getting started can be tough - As a new member of the server community, you will have access to the core group of Truckers. This stage in your career is mandatory and important for newcomers. By working as a driver of various types of trucks, you will gain the required experience, get to know the server from the inside and you will be able to enjoy the game on the server. After getting to know the server, you have three options. You can transport goods as a trucker, apply for admission to one of the companies on the server, or try your hand at one of the three factions. If you get bored of working as a gray mouse in a company / faction, you can try to buy a company or create your own company. There is a company panel on the server, thanks to which, when hiring in the company, the boss can see how many courses you have done and the amount you have earned for the company. There is also a system of taxes and various fees for companies, so that every company can go bankrupt or be auctioned off by you! Companies develop using the company level system, the maximum company level is 10. On the server, players currently have three factions at their disposal, such as: Road Transport Inspection - The main mission of this faction is to monitor other road traffic participants. Measuring speed, checking the weight of the vehicle, reacting to offenses, etc. Emergency Medical Service - Treatment of other people is your main goal. In the event of an accident, you will receive a notification that the player in question needs your help. The matter looks simple, you receive a report, go to the accident and use the faction panel to heal the player. Road Assistance - As the name suggests, your task will be to efficiently repair vehicles from other players. The reporting system is quite simple. You receive a notification, ask the player to pay the required amount to the account of the faction, then go to the repair site and use the spray to repair the vehicle. For people who have more fun driving trucks, there are several different types of companies available on the server. Each company has something different to offer you, so it's best to visit our forum to find out about the company. There are several systems on the server to diversify the game. These are, among others: Fuel System - There are three types of fuel on the server. Diesel, petrol and gas. The tanks in vehicles vary in size, from 20 liters to 900 liters. Each vehicle has a different fuel consumption, so you have to be careful and closely monitor the condition of your fuel tank, and if necessary, refuel at one of the available stations. Prices at the stations vary and change every few days, so sometimes it's good to ask other drivers through the CB Radio where it is the cheapest at a given time. Hunger system - A simple system that simulates our character's hunger, from time to time the character's HP level will drop. If the HP level drops to 0%, of course, you will die, but don't worry. Your character will respawn at the nearest hospital, where it is possible to pay for treatment. Fatigue system - Every driver will get tired someday, so you have to be careful about the level of fatigue. If your fatigue level is higher than 30%, you will be able to reduce it by drinking coffee at a fuel station or taking a quick nap in one of the many hotels available on the server. ViaToll system - More precisely, the toll motorway system, there are gates located throughout the San Andreas map, which collect "impulses". They are located on the highways. Buying such impulses costs $25 per impulse. I will not reveal more, visit our server and see what else we have for you. If you are into the subject of trucks and want to visit the server, you will not be disappointed. The climate on the server will convince you to stay with us for longer. 4. San Andreas Roleplay Launched: December 1, 2020 sa-roleplay.net History San Andreas Roleplay is a community founded by @FernandoMTA in early 2020 and @Portside who became co-founder in August of this year. A big shoutout to everyone who's been around since the beginning and has put a lot of time, effort and dedication into the project. My idea and project of making a server shaped by the MTA Roleplay community started back in 2017 with what some may know as Neptune Gaming. The goal was to create a server where people could roleplay in a friendly environment with no abusive and corrupt administrators and toxic players ruining the experience. It wasn't an easy task, I failed a few times due to my inexperience and the destructive intentions of some individuals. A lot of mistakes were made and lessons learned. But thanks to the help and collaboration of a lot of friendly people that I've met along the way and have sticked around, some for more than 5 years now, we now have a stable and peaceful RP community. Long story short, SA-RP has become the only serious English text roleplay server on Multi Theft Auto: San Andreas, the successor of the now extinct OwlGaming MTA roleplay server. About San Andreas Roleplay now has a server that is online 24/7, located in France. Click here for statistics. Read our latest post here about the server's current roleplay setting and updates. We're a community focused on player input, feedback and suggestions. This is why we've been listening to our players, making change and adding new things that enrich the roleplay experience. I highly recommend you join your Discord! Useful links: Website/UCP: https://sa-roleplay.net/ Forums: https://forums.sa-roleplay.net/ Discord: https://sa-roleplay.net/discord Server IP: mtasa://server.sa-roleplay.net Media (much more on our Discord and in the replies below) Credits to the respective posters on Discord & our Forums! Thank You San Andreas Roleplay wouldn't have been possible without a community of dedicated players, contributors, staff team members and admins. A huge thank you to all of you! SA-RP is here to stay for as long as we all want to play on it. Now proudly almost 2 years old!

  6. Objects mapped using createObject are world objects and doublesided option can then be enabled when defined as an Element. It's true that you can work around backface culling by duplicating and flipping polygons in the 3D model, however bear in mind this will add more file size. Unfortunately I'm not a scripter but hopefully someone will tune in and get you a better response soon.

  8. I would consider checking out San Andreas RolePlay server. I've not played there yet but it looks to be a promising competitor to LS-RP at SAMP.

  12. We've posted a new feature showcase of the reworked property system on our forums. The system has been completely overhauled and now actually supports buying properties at it's location rather than the city hall, rentals, realty estate agency support & more! You can find everything explained in detail here.

  13. No, we won't give you a new chance because of the severity of your actions. You weren't just involved in cheat development activity (known as "EjecT"), but also attempted to kill a bunch of popular polish servers using a hack (after discovering a vulnerability which you could use to create it). Besides teaming up with a small group of toxic, MTA-banned polish users (such as "Liberty" and "Norelock / Ansceniczny") that also had malicious goals in mind You are no longer welcome on MTA @paprotka

  14. I love this server. Staff and playerbase work together to make a fine entry into the English MTA RP scene. Great work by all and I’ll see you in game!

  15. I'd rather see Python or C# implemented, as alternative scripting, before JS.

  16. https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/Forks "AC is generally unsupported for forked projects and may be dropped entirely in the future. This means that you generally cannot rely on the MTA anti-cheat for your fork. We strongly advise that you write and implement your own AC."

  17. We are a small team with thousands of hours of game-time on various communities on the MTA platform and we all have the same goal - creating a roleplaying environment that is enjoyable, accessible and most importantly fair for everyone. Each of us have all held a administrative or leadership role within popular roleplaying servers in the past which has given us an in-depth understanding of all aspects within roleplay - civilian, legal, illegal and government. Founder and Community Owner Hey I'm Dexter and I'm the Community Owner of Phoenix Gaming. A little bit about my roleplay experience in general first. I've been roleplaying since 2008. I first found out about it via a video on youtube back around that time, so I installed San Andreas Multiplayer (SAMP) on my family PC and tried it out. I played on a ton of different roleplay servers, including; LS-RP, RC-RP and PLA. I think the one I played the most was PLA where I racked up around 5,000 hours on it. I spent my time in Law Enforcement on it for the most part. Going back and forth between different servers. This all changed when a friend of mine convinced me to download Multi Theft Auto (MTA) and join a new server called OwlGaming back in early 2014. Little did I know this place would change the next 7 years of my life. I immediately joined the LSPD within like a few days of playing on the server. Between being in the LSPD and SAHP, this is what I spent most of my time roleplaying, eventually becoming a member of staff, starting with; Supporter and then swiftly moving up the ranks to the Administration Team and then eventually becoming a member of OwlGaming's Upper Administration Team. I was leading the Game Administration Team with 2 other UAT members at the time, which consisted mostly of us maintaining the administration teams effectiveness. Other duties included server-wide revamps and projects to take on, to improve roleplay on the server and do our best to manage the server. I met my fair share of people and made some amazing friends along the way. To this day, I still play games and talk with a lot of the people I met playing on OwlGaming and to me that's what it's all about, making friends and having a good time roleplaying, so hopefully we can make that happen here too. As I did this, I also worked hard on my roleplay and time in the LSPD, which also brought me up to the rank of Assistant Chief of Police. From the years of playing on OwlGaming I was very well known in the community and I was always fair to people and that's why I was very well liked. I dealt with and experienced a ton of different types of roleplay during my time there, which gave me a very broad understanding of them. I have to say it was some of the best times I've ever had, over the span of 4 years, eventually departing the server due to college commitments. With this experience, I hope to bring here what I learned over the years and expand on it even more to make it the best experience for everyone. To this day, even though the community is now closed, I still hold the most hours played on a character, who was Dexter Collins (4,619 hours), so you just might have seen me around some time! Moving on, the same goes for everyone currently on my team, people who I met during my time on OwlGaming, that I trust and that have experiences similar to mine. Game Administration Team My first roleplay experience was in a community called owlGaming back in 2014. It was overwhelming, the possibilities that it offered me were countless and I absolutely loved it. I loved what the community offered me, the fact that I could become anything I wanted, do whatever I wanted, on a character I wanted to display. For me, it was like writing a book on a character you have created, a story which you will write as hours and hours go within the game. Initially, I chose the path of law enforcement roleplay, which I enjoyed extensively, briefly doing illegal on the side. I also became a part of the staff team, becoming a supporter, and later up to the rank of game administrator. Besides owlGaming I have also been a part of projects such as Vice City Roleplay, Emerald Gaming and Project Roleplay where I have held more management responsibilities, mostly setting up Faction Management teams. With this community, Phoenix MTA I hope to relive my past experiences on the playform and offer other players an enjoyable roleplay experience. Supporter Team I've been roleplaying on MTA since early 2014 and have since continued to do so, accumulating thousands of hours. Although I have primarily stuck with legal roleplay throughout the many years, I later decided to step into the illegal side of things for the sake of knowledge. I think it's extremely important to understand how both sides function, and the impacts they have on the server. Aside from delving into both sides of roleplay for countless hours, I wanted to further expand on understanding and contributing to the server/community's health, development, and enjoyment. I began my journey as a member of staff in late 2014, learning and contributing as much as I could to the community. Although some people may find assisting other players a very tedious and boring task, I thoroughly enjoyed it. So much so that I was consistently the top report handler within the Supporter Team, which in turn led me into the Game Administration Team. I continued to work extremely efficiently and effectively in terms of player assistance, accumulating "report handled" numbers that were in the thousands. Fast forward a year or so, I was then part of the Upper Administration Team, responsible for handling the Supporter Team. I diligently worked on improving the team in all areas, and continued to do so for about another year or so. I was then promoted and responsible for handling the Game Administration Team. Long story short, my experience on roleplay servers, whether they be in-character or out, have been nothing short of incredible and fun. I look forward to doing the same here at Phoenix Gaming, and I hope every member of this community feels at home! Faction Team (Legal) I have been roleplaying since late 2007 and started my adventure on SAMP. I have played at Everlast Gaming, which laid the foundation for my RP qualities and skills. I have been at numerous communities throughout the years, including LSRP, Valhalla Gaming, and other SAMP communities till about 2014, when I started playing on the MTA client, finding my place at OwlGaming where I became a Game Administrator. At OwlGaming I was an Admin on and off from 2015-2017 if I recall correctly. In early 2020 I joined the Project Roleplay Community and was a Game Administrator there till it's eventual collapse. I have been roleplaying in both spheres and started my RP journey in the illegal domain with Bloods being my first faction to join back in early 2008. I have experienced everything from normal gang RP to organised crime, roleplaying in both an Irish and Italian Cosa Nostra style crime family. Upon joining OwlGaming I grew tired of the criminal sphere and wanted to switch things up so I joined the Highway Patrol and later the LSPD. I led for some time Gangs and Narcotics within LSPD and later joined The Federal Task Force at Owlgaming. I briefly was in the Marshall faction before it was disbanded by FMT. Faction Team (Illegal) I started role playing back in 2012 on Garry’s Mod and then moved onto MTA in 2014. I’ve been a part of many different roleplaying communities on MTA, all of which I participated in and or led illegal factions. Pretty much any kind of illegal organization or gang or clique you can imagine, I have portrayed. With my experience in how illegal roleplay operates in all different forms, I decided I could use this knowledge to facilitate it from an out of character position. Myself, Kevin and ElMariachi were the original creators of what is now known as the Virtual Market system. Believe it or not, this system of passively roleplaying for FMT payouts was created in 2015 and was meant to be a placeholder until a script was made. Here we are in 2021 and we’re still using the barebones idea we created 6 years ago, however I am always doing my best to keep evolving the system. I’ve led FMT on multiple servers and my goal has always been to support the roleplay of others and to create an enjoyable environment. It’s time to make MTA great again and it's my mission here to show you what real immersive roleplay looks like. We offer a game world for everyone to play in, relive their fantasies or just bring back good memories from the past. Our highly experienced team is here to encourage all sides of roleplay, legal, illegal and government. Leaving one side more superior and focused with features scriptwise can result in a loss of incentive to play other roles, so making one role just as enjoyable as the next is key. The scripts used in our server are the same many of you are already familiar of. The major role of every roleplaying community. Illegal roleplayers are the heart and soul of creating exciting roleplay opportunities for other players such as gangs, large factions, shootouts and the general illegal atmosphere. When attempting to achieve a perfect balance between all sides of roleplay, legal RP plays a major role. Be it a bar, club or a trucking service - it's going to be a pleasant experience for company leaders, employees and entrepreneurs. Everything you need is going to be accessible in-game, such as creating a faction by going through the typically mundane process of acquiring a business license from the government. Government factions such as Los Santos Police Department, Los Santos Fire Department, the municipal Government and many others also exist in our gameworld, giving the player a freedom of choice when choosing what to do. Together, we will revive roleplay on the Multi Theft Auto platform!
