Buenas hoy vengo a presentarles un proyecto que llevo realizando con unos amigos desde hace unos 2 meses y que tenemos pensado abrir en el mes de Diciembre, la temática es un servidor resident evil pero cambiando totalmente el estilo monótono que tienen todos los servidores zombies. Primeramente este servidor constara con varios modos de juego pero el principal sera el Modo campaña o Modo historia que como su nombre lo dice serán misiones en las que se tratara de contar un historia donde se de a conocer el por que del apocalipsis zombie en el servidor, estas misiones no serán obligatorias por lo que los jugadores podrán disfrutar tranquilamente matando zombies normalmente o siguiendo otros modos de juego. Por ahora les dejo un adelanto de lo que seria la primera Misión del Modo Campaña.

  6. السلام عليكم كيف الحال من يومين كذا صارت تواجهني مشكلة في السيرفر المحلي وهي لمن اضيف مود جديد او اعدل على مود موجود واسوي له ريستارت يطلع لي شريط تحميل بالأسفل لكن ما يتحرك يفضل كذا لمدة دقيقة بعدين يطردني من السيرفر وذي صورة ياليت الي عنده الحل لا يبخل علينا وشكرا

This only serves your purpose of votekick/votekill/votekicking and has some extra features as listed in community description. Mostly useful for freeroam or competitive servers etc, to serve as some kind of auto-admin. Bans, enabled by default, only ban for a low amount of time as predefined, 30 minutes. (you can turn off votebanning ability in the script by setting ["voteban"] = false)

  8. Very strange. I have just tested this myself and nothing relevant shows up in the console. I only have the default play resource loaded, and of course this script. I suspect this is something to do with fixVehicle when used on a blown vehicle.

  9. Alright. Do me a favor. If you haven't updated your code with mine, do it now (which has the outputs in it). If you have done the update, go ahead and join your server and blow your vehicle up. After it blew up, open your console.log file and tell us whats inside it.

( شوف اخوي , ما اتوقع احد فاضي يعلمك ( بدون تحطيم وممكن تلقى بس يعلمك بعض الاشياء ويسحب عليك فالأفضل انك تتخذ التوجيهات اللازمة لبدء البرمجة وتتفوق على نفسك كل شوي لأن لما تتعلم ذاتياً , تحس بشعور غريب نوعاً ما بنسبة لي . : الشعور يجيني اذا اكتشفت شيء مفيد مره بنسبة لي عن طريق بحثي وجهدي لكن اذا كان فوق الحد اقصد انه اذا كان البحث كان فوق اللازم فأكيد مابتحس بالشعور لأنك اكيد بتجيبه اذا سويت هذا الشيء لكن لما تبذل مجهود وبحث قليل عن الشيء ممكن يجيك الشعور وممكن لا والشعور صعب الوصف لكنه شعور جميل نوعاً ما فيه لذة -- تراها مقصودة وهاذي اللذة الي تحمسك على التعلم واكتشاف المزيد وبتوفيق كان معك استاذ محمد وانتهت محاضرتنا لهذا اليوم .. انصرااف

Many people play on smaller servers because of either a friendlier community, better relations with admin team, or perhaps just because they're so bad mannered that they're already banned on big servers. If you discourage joining small servers, no new servers will rise and only the currently big ones will just get bigger. If we want continuous improvement to gameplay, we need those innovators to start their servers fixing what other servers fail to address. What MTA does well is it creates the opportunity for anyone to host their own server. If you want big servers to get even bigger, how about you tell 'em to fill the gaps others found and used as a base for a new server.

  28. Woah, hold on there a minute bud. Just slow down Why should empty servers be shut down? The thing that doesn't make sense is that you're not the one paying for that server to be running, so what does it matter? I'm finding it hard to follow the logic of your other argument too; getting everyone to play on the popular servers, because those servers with few players are "a waste of time". People like to play in their own little communities, some of which have been around for over a decade now. Also I'm afraid that pushing the entire MTA playerbase to choose between a few servers just really isn't practical - I'm not even going to explain why, just try to think about it.

  30. It's not, SAMP often doesnt reach about 24,000 concurrent players that MTA achieves around 11PM CEST. (doesnt even come close minus bots) Also the SAMP developers created or tolerated a loophole that allows bots to occupy player slots, resulting in you believing SAMP is played more due to fake clients (the immense playercounts in their browser and server trackers is mostly the result of player bots).. Guess 3 times why the loophole exists, doesnt get fixed or got created. Illusions keep people playing..

Dont use the sha one and replace the function sha1( password ) with hash( 'sha1', password ) in players main.lua and registration.lua Dont include the ml_sockets cuz you wont need it and about MTA Mysql just put on google mta mysql module and the first link should lead you to the mta wiki page and at the right you will see several download options and choose the Linux 64 one. If something is not clear just ask me.

  42. The %MEM column shows mta-server using 15% I guess the VPS ram usage graph is including shared/swapped memory. Ask your VPS provider for clarification.

  43. Here's another method as well: Let's say that your dxDrawText looks just like you want it to on a screen resolution of 1440x900. You can use the following way to make it ok on any resolution: local sx_, sy_ = guiGetScreenSize() local sx, sy = sx_/1440, sy_/900 dxDrawText("$123456789", 140*sx, 648*sy, 0*sx, 0*sy, tocolor(0,0,0,255), 0.8*sy,"bankgothic") Now a bit of an explanation on how it works. So you made the text look fine on 1440x900, nice. When you made your text function to look ok on 1440x900 it will look like this: dxDrawText("$123456789", 140, 648, 0, 0, tocolor(0,0,0,255), 0.8,"bankgothic") Now all you do is multiply each value by the "sx" and "sy" you just calculated at the top of the script. This way the position of the text will move accordingly with the resolution. This means that if the text is below the radar on 1440x900 and you use this way then on 1920x1080, 1366x768, 1280x720, etc the text will always be in the same spot, below the radar. And always remember to multiply the scale of the text by the "sy" variable to make it smaller on small resolutions and bigger on big ones. This is just an alternative way to the method which @Hale provided. There's no performance drawbacks or anything to this, use whichever seems easier for you. Hope we help others as I remember I had huge problems with this when I was still new to LUA and drawing stuff on screen .

  47. One reason is money - on the average in the tens of bucks, I'd expect, however the server owner's median age might be under 20, so the actual value is relative. The second is that everyone wants to bask in the glory and demigod status of being a server owner/admin, probably for the same reasons. This being said, I fully agree with the OP, helping others and joining forces is a good start to accomplish great things. We should not forget that all this was made possible for us by a bunch of people that did it for free and to have a good time - an example we should all follow.
