{VCL} Led by a hacker

{VCL} Clan is led by a hacker. His nick is {VCL}Stewie3, and sometimes he uses the aliases {VCL}Billy, and Someone. For no reason, he sent me a desktop hijacker, and locked my desktop properties with a horrible desktop, and he sent me adware,spyware, and a keylogger. Luckily, he's a n00b hacker, and I easliy got rid of all of that in a few minutes. I'm not making a statement about the VCL CLan, but only it's leader, they may be a good clan, but Stewie must be taken care of. I will not retaliate this time, even if I DO have his IP, so I will post it:

24.125.150.149

He also ALWAYS hacks in MTA, speed hacks, trainers, bots, he's also a gamecrasher.

If the MTA and server admins don't do anything, then I will make sure his IP spreads faster than Paris Hilton's legs after a few drinks.

Unless he has a static ip, his ip will change all the time.

Hopefully he doesn't have a dynamic IP, but I traced the one I posted above, and it says he lives in Richmond, Virginia. I knew he was a hacker before he did this to me, so I never invited him to any of my servers, so I can't tell if he has a dynamic.

Now, I know most AV vendors allow you to submit a file, and get a result back to what it is.. But when you submit it to Norman’s Sandbox, not only will it try to identify it, but it will email you back exactly what the file does!

Nice try, but no, I didnt open anything at all. I'm not an idiot k? I was ingame(SA:PC) testing out a mod I made, and I IM'd him, to tell him, and thats when it happened, he didnt send me a file, I always knew he was a hacker, so I never accepted any files from him, and windows never asked me if I wanted to install or dl anything. I guess reporting to the feds is a silly idea, but theres other things I can do to get back at him, unfortunately, I can't give out those links, as I could be banned. Just remember that {VCL}Stewie3, {VCL}Billy, Someone, or whatever he wants to change his nick to, is an mta hacker, bot user, game crasher, and low, low, low, piece of shit.

I have to agree with Dude and the ip he posted has been globally banned on all SB servers and trust me he can change ip cause he uses Router most of the time so use a subnet ban and seriously u really think a 13 year old kid can hack someone come on that dude doesnt even know how to copy paste some script or edit some script give that noob a chance just report it to fbi and i dont know why that kid tries to be so smart . Cant someone blacklist his ip and ban him from all servers globally? if possible that is..

and the dude u shouldnt and are not allowed to post someones ip its against law and he can sue u for using and posting his ip to public and his location. those things are called breach of personal secruity and if someone hacks him u will be held responsible for revealing his ip. so i would say remove his ip dude it would be for ur own sake everyone knows his ip by now.

Routers don't change your IP. It's upto your ISP if DHCP assignes you a new one everytime you connect to the Internet. Obviously he has a dynamic IP, so he just turns his router off and then on and this reconnects his Internet, assigning him a new IP.

I have witnessed what stewie can do, hes been banned from many servers, he also hacks many clan sites. Someone tried reporting him to his isp but nothing ever became of it.
