i have got that script but it is not a good as the clan scripts they have on their sever

This is the easiest way: Go into their server when the admin is on and ask them for the script... or if you dont know who is the admin of that server maybe you should ask ppl on this forum.

Well, a complete script is a lot to write. You have to depend on persons / idiots which will write whese scripts for you in spare time, like Oli.

Second option is to buy a programmer and pay him to write a script. most admins with cool scripts have put a lot of valuable time in those scripts and wont give them away.
