Because LOTS of latvians play this game. When I say LOTS then it is LOTS. , but ALSO playing connections Latvia>America = slow. So.... my idea is a new Latvia Masterserver. Good for us. But I know it is impossible... so ignore this. Maybe u should ask Balticom - http://www.balticom.lv , it's in latvian and russian. OK , now just give me something to translate.
