The only difference is that the game is in an unfinished state so your first impressions of the game will be somewhat diluted. There's nothing better than getting a well-hyped game on the day of release, and running it to find that the hype was justified. Running a leaked version will have none of the gloss that the final version has, and it's no fun shooting placeholder models. MTA:SA FAQ - Read this before asking questions.
