10 second delay

I hate that 10 second delay you get after disconnecting from a server. Why is it there? I allways restart mta when I want to join a new server cause restarting mta takes only 2 seconds instead of 10.

No offense, but that was a poor attempt to stop flooding. Perhaps the server could keep track so people cannot simply exit out and restart? Actually you don't even need to do that, you can just keep clicking a link to the server and open up more instances of MTA.

If you've noticed, using TVKE's stats page and clicking the connect link to the server (You need eai's connect-by-clicking-server-link program installed) when the server is full it will instead open a window refreshing the state of the server and it will connect you when a spot is open. Maybe something like this should be built directly into the MTA client, then people won't try to flood-connect to the server.

ASE already let's you wait for a slot to open automatically. TVKE's Server Stats is great too.. So they don't need to add this right?

The problem isn't ppl joining it is ppl leaving and joining rapidly. You can do this now anyway now too thou by opening other clients like you said. They might just prevent you from opening more than one client if that's possible

Yep, that's possible. I can't see any legitimate reason why anyone would want multiple clients open anyway.
