Do I need to download something to get all these characters? I think you get them when choosing Vice City Crusader or Vice City Racer? btw I would've killed them with a rocket launcher. That would have looked a lot cooler.

Sometimes when playing mta i see people that have her skin... strange all standing in line top view of the character selection screen kill em all! wow i can have text too!! Now, first of all, can someone tell me what that car up there is for?? Strange huh? Next, when playing online and I am on the roof, i was expecting if I would stand behind Diaz or behind the sailor, people in the character selection screen would see me. But they don't! Can someone tell me why this is happening? Or are things just not synchronized before people choose their character?? That is bad...
