[REL] New lamppost lighting

[Hydra]

As the title says, I made a new lighting system for the lampposts, this script is still in working and some lampposts may not have that reflection.
 

• About

1. The default command to enable/disable the lighting system is /lighting.
2. The default color for the lampposts is 255, 167, 0 at the moment
3. The reflection has a smooth fade in/out effect
4. Current script version: v1.2

I've gone ahead and removed the third party download as we cannot easily verify the code when it's compiled and hosted outside of the community site.

This is one of the best scripts I've seen in a long time
I have a few suggestions:
- The light from the lamp posts illuminate the player even in the daytime

- Could you add an option to disable the activation message? And some method to disable the script or activate it by scripting
- How about in daytime the sunlight illuminates the player? I think it would look great

Version 1.4.1(BETA VERSION)

- Added coronas and lighting for the objects located in Missionary Hills

- Added lighting for a few building objects in Los Santos

- Added 2 new settings for settings.lua file

  * activationMessage (is set to false as default)

  * activateOnlyAtNight (is set to true as default)

Version 1.5.0 (FINAL)

- Improved lighting system
- Removed some useless lighting from previous versions
- Removed activation message & command
- The lighting will start automatically at 21:00 and will stop at 07:00
