Kamahl Posted April 28, 2006 Posted April 28, 2006 I always play on the MTA SA UK gtamp.net server, but i've noticed that the maps are not so random, for example, we race 10 times and 3 or 4 are the same race (and there's no one changing maps) the server has over 200 maps, my question is, why do some maps repeat a LOT more than others? or, is it just this server or did anyone else notice the same on different servers?
Jani Posted April 28, 2006 Posted April 28, 2006 Because people vote for the same maps, obviously those certain maps are very popular there and that's why they're played a lot more often than others.
erorr404 Posted April 28, 2006 Posted April 28, 2006 Voting is probably disabled so it should randomly select them. I always thought there was something fishy about the random map selection.
