[NoS] focuses on keeping gang ties strong, and using allies in gang wars. Si|ent Posted February 2, 2006 Posted February 2, 2006 I think you typo'd your gang name. Is it supposed to be Notorious Otter Suburbs (little ranks of holes in quieter riverbanks presumably) or Notorious Outer Suburbs?
