  2. Hice un script para automatizar el proceso de instalación de un servidor MTA en linux, con sistema operativo Debian de 64 bits. Primero deben loguear en su consola SSH y introducir el siguiente comando: sudo wget -O mta-install.sh http://mta.ggcommunity.net/scripts/mta-install.sh && sudo chmod +x mta-install.sh Luego introducimos este: sudo ./mta-install.sh Una vez hecho esto deberíamos tener el servidor encendido. Para visualizar la consola ingresamos esto: screen -r mtaserver Para salir de la consola sin apagar el servidor usamos esta combinación de teclas: CTRL + A + D Recuerden editar el ACL.XML y el MTASERVER.CONF en base a sus necesidades, siempre con el servidor apagado.
  3. I've compiled a MTA:Client (custom 1.5.3-10739) on Windows 8.1 and MTA:Server (custom 1.5.3-10739) on Linux (Debian 7.0 x64) After connection i have an error CD16. But if you will compile Server & Client on Windows 8.1 (with both and the same custom versions - other players can join to the server) My steps: 1. Get a nightly build (1.5.3-10739) 2. Compile 3. Replace all files. 4. Strange but mine deathmatch.so is very large (~283 MBs) 5. Connect from Windows to Linux on both the same custom versions. 6. Error CD16. Stable & nightly versions all works good. Everybody can join the server. All ports is opened.
  4. I created a local server but my friend couldn't join, and sometimes the game crashed. The local server was appear in server browser menu, but when my friend wants to join the game it crashed. IF ANYBODY HAVE SOLUTION FOR THIS KIND OF PROBLEM, PLEASE REPLY!!!

  6. I've been working with binding keys quite a lot, but this is currently destroying my brain. Lots of other people have been walking against this problem and I'm trying to find a solution, it can't be that hard! My setup is as following: User gets a UI -> fills in a key to bind a chat to -> using triggerServerEvent to bind the key for the user + some sql saving After a successful attempt of saving the new button for the user, I'm trying to unbind the key from the chatbox-styled function isn't unbinding. If I'm simply unbinding it with runcode directly in runtime, it's returning a true but it's not unbinding. I've seen several reports about this on the bugtracker but none of them were taken note off. Is there a work around or should I simply ask my users to use a MTA-based command to unbind their keys? thanks in advance.

  10. Hello there boys! Do you know any "real" RP servers where the RP is treated seriously? I am tired of servers where simple traffic collisions aren't role-played, or where people are running around the city like head-less chickens. I've played on legendary LS-RP server and it's pretty bad, I've been hit by an ambulance, which was driving on a full speed while sirens where off (it was in the middle of a market mall) and after 5 minutes of wound curing, I've got out of hospital. Everyone on LS-RP is driving like a street racer (is it a Need For Speed game or a Roleplaying game?). I can't find a strict RP where people have to walk, because they can't run without a proper reason, where you have to RP traffic collisions and things like that. Most of the people say that strict RP = 0 fun, but I do not agree with them, because there is more fun for me in a serious one than in a server which has loose rules. I hope that you can recommend me some good servers which treat RP very seriously. Thank you.

I'm sorry about creating a new topic about this problem but I already posted a request in special topic but you didn't help me, so I have no choice since my server and our community lose players.   14. Hi! This script makes possible to play a 3d sound (looped sound) by pressing the CTRL button, and stop the sound when the CTRL button is "up". Well, it has a really annoying sync bug. As you can see, there is a setElementData function in my client side script, that stores the sound element. When the player stops pressing the CTRL button then the script stops the sound with the stored element. Well the problem is that when another player press the CTRL button then the setElementData will be overwritted, and will cause really strange, annoying bugs. So the bug is: when player1 press CTRL, and after that player2 also press CTRL then the sound for player1 will not stop anymore, because player2 owerwrited the setElementData, when he pressed CTRL. Well, its not easy to explain, so i hope you understood me. Is the any way to avoid this owerwriting? or do i have to do this another way, without setElementData? My serial is the first, the second is my friend's one. If it would work, after hello, it would do mutch more. What i tried to do: 1) gets player serial, and checks if the player's serial is in the list 2) if it is in the list, it will output "hello" 3) if the player's serial is not in the list, it will output the message, "error" What is the problem?

But i dont know where to find models for zombies (since i have normal skins from GTA:SA) and how to change them, can you link me and tell me where to replace it? please? :))) + if you can link me even for cars (and i need to spawn somehow cars, like so people can repair it there is no car) and some script for like when i have the name i want before name some title like [VIP]USERNAME + i need some instructions for it.   21. Hi, After 2 years of development, refinement and testing, I finally released UCD. It was the 29th of July (30th for me) and I was stoked. Finally released my server I (and a select few others) had worked so hard on. It was up for a week before I decided that I was going to move on from MTA. I could give a speech about how it isn't what it used to be, but I don't want to bore you all. So the dream kind of died when I lost interest in dealing with the community. I spent a lot of time and effort on this server, so I figured someone else might find some use out of it. I started to develop this server when I knew nothing about Lua, so a lot of things were rewritten over and over. I feel as though that guarantees some kind of quality. I dunno. I guess the repetition to find the right way kind of makes it good. Preface: It's basically a CIT rip off. This server features: - Stock market (players loved this) - Turfing system - Account + login system (integrated with MTA account system, doesn't store passwords on a database) - Made to work with MySQL - Vehicle system - Housing system with coordinates (covers like 60% of the map, you can add more) - Intensive logging - Phone system (like CIT's) - House robbing - Old CIT style bank robbery (map and everything) - Custom mod downloader system - Two different dx message outputs (with exports) - Pilot job (with ranks) - Trucker job (with ranks) - Full law system - Stats panel - Fully fledged group system with custom ranks, custom permissions, etc (like CIT's) - Admin panel (mutes, bans, jails etc) - Jail system (CnR and admin jails) - Builder where you can build bases in-game (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EARoCNWpEdMHonestly, it has a lot of features that would take me a long time to list. I developed it to be as user-friendly as possible (but didn't make a tutorial - how thoughtful). There aren't any hidden commands, which is good. The design is made to be simple and nice.
