it doesn't sound like he modified any files, otherwise he wouldn't be able to join any servers. It sounds like his computer is running SA at a low frame rate. The solution can involve lowering graphics settings (color depth has a big impact from my experience with SA), upgrading hardware, and maybe shutting down resource heavy background programs (like instant messengers). In some cases the sound settings can impact performance, and disabling some settings such as EAX, 3d sound, etc. can help, and is worth a try.

I used to have problems with my keyboard and pressing too many keys at once, like, trying to look left while shooting, accelerating, and turning left, and hitting the handbrake to slide, this i found pisses my computer off and the motherboard will make its tarded "beep". Joystick solved that.

Allowing people to buy MTA merchandise would give them something they can have outside of the internet. This is a good thing. Now the hard part: When people buy them, where does the money go? I'm pretty sure the MTA team will not accept any profits. You'll have to figure out who makes the T-Shirts (would probably some on-line company that does custom text on shirts), how people will buy them (ebay? amazon? right off mtavc.com?) , and where the money goes (maybe back to the online T-Shirt company?) ..because having a MTA T-shirt would be cool

Let's see, I like Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 2. I've also used Ubuntu Linux which is really nice. I've also used a 1980's NEC computer, but i dont know what OS that has, but that's also nice as well.

We already know that You've never used anything other than Windows products, so you won't be able to correctly compare Windows to any other operating systems You have to have actually used an operating system, for at least 1 day before you can say anything about it. Linux isn't a roller-coaster ride, it shouldn't be exciting, its not suppost to be fun. Linux is an open source operating system, thats great for hosting stuff, etc.
