no, Liberty City was BASED on New York. If it WAS New York, they would have called it New York. In GTA4 they look more accurate to New York, but looking at the trailer you see the words Liberty City everywhere, hinting its still Liberty City, and not New York.

Before this?! Yeah. I has made advanced mode, which mixes CS, UT and some other teamplay games. I have made lots of maps, voting for the next map, cs_, de_, dd_, es_, as_, tdm_ and ctf_ modes and a HUGE shop with all the weapons and some extra items. And ion cannon was one of them. The proof is in the pudding, but since BrophY ate all the pudding, a screenshot will suffice.

People don't understand the only reason it looks bug free in the videos is because: Do you really think the MTA team is going to show a video filled with bugs? That would confuse the people watching, and they wouldn't know whether what they just saw was suppost to happen or is a bug. Let hope now that their updates are not taken the wrong way or giving the wrong impression.

HouseMD, it would have been best if you contacted Scooby before posting a modified script of his on the forums. These forums here offer a instant messaging system. And when Scooby labeled his scripts as "public" i think he meant that people may freely use them on their servers, i don't know about modification though. Again, you should have contacted him so he could have offered you a more specific guideline of what you can, and cannot do with his work. It is important that users respect the work of others, and that they obtain the proper permission before modifying, distributing, etc. It doesn't matter if you give the credits of the original maker, because now its modified, by you. Which means nobody knows anymore what part of the script is Scooby's, or yours. Not everyone is going to bother digging to find the original made by Scooby and "investigate" who's code is whos. Everyone is pissed here, and let's keep things rational before we start flaming like idiots.

actually its not hard, just get WinAmp or Windows Media Player, which play streams, if thats what your talking about. Now if you mean the server hosting the streams, well, that's not too hard either. Also, they can host it from anywhere (the same server, or a seperate one) as long as they just put the URL on the gaming server, people can easily find it and use it.

Like I said, some hardware "chugs", not all. And whether it is playable or not depends on the hardware, and the user. But hey, whatever works for you man! as long as your havin fun, that's what counts. Anyways, would you say your better with helis or airplanes?

but either way users will have to download them to join the server, and that can take a long time for people. And anyways, I believe you cannot use custom models without having to restart SA, which would really suck when you want to switch servers.

=============================================== hello friends, i just downloaded the zip file(ransons ace flight) from that url and i thought it will be something like a software/map which will test my flying considering the ration between graphics quality setttings and pc hardware performence. but its just a video file that shows somebody is flying a hydra. listen if u set your graphics settings with everything in the highest level, then every frame in the game slows down and practically you will get enough time to control your flying smoothly. so the question is where this flying held?...which pc? whats the pc hardware specifications and whats the game video settings.... a testing authority should be there present and some visitors too..where it happened and finally which console is used here? (i only use my regular keyboard).. anyways cool flying ransom Although increasing the quality decreases frame rates, it doesnt always mean you'll be going in "slow motion", because some hardware "chugs" when its trying to render stuff at high detail. And that can really screw up anyone's flying

Robix brings up a good point, anything you have to download is going to be hard on some players with a slow connection. I would know, I was on 56k for awhile, and it sucked! There is no such thing as 56k lovers, only 56k sufferers.
