From what i've heard they are gonna work on GTA3: MTA and then what ever they get they will port to MTA: VC. I could be wrong so don't hold me to it.

The reason that the other player looks like he is sitting down when you look at him is because of the way the sync is done. If you honk your horn near another players car you will hear their horn too. Also if you shoot at them while in car they will look like they are shotting back at you. As for the guy standing near the stadium, he is just another actor for the game to use.

Posting stuf in all bolds like that is not a good way to get answers to your problems. We can read fine using the regular size too. There have been some posts about lan games and there are some lag issues with playing over a lan. These issues will be resolved hopefully with 0.3.5.

Hey if the DEV's think they can work on both of them at the same time then don't you think we can trust them? They seem to be a bunch of smart people so I think they can pull it off.

There is no "tool" right now. They are working on it i think.

This should go into the suggestion section of the forum. They will be working on making the gangs look different in some way or another.

I'm sure that they will figure out some way to differentiate the teams. Actually they are look for people to hack the game for that reason. Hopefully they will be able to have in-game chat and also names to go with it.

That is caused by lag and other things. I've seen it before and I does look kinda funny.
