Yes there is definitly something wrong with your windows if you cannot alt+tab out of GTA 3. Does your keboard have a Windows key?

No because REALGTA 3 modifies the main.scm file and so does MTA. Also its not good to mess with the collision and models because it would generate too many errors.

That would be the best thing to do in this case. Just create another folder to put a "modified' GTA3 game in for mods and stuff.

Having the server dowload the appropriate mods to match everyone and having the server check everyones game to see what mods they mods they have would be a very hard thing to do I would think. They would have to make an entirely new program to do that.
