You are correct there. XP is still kinda buggy. Win 200 is just the same anyway except that XP has the mickey mouse grapics. Also 2000 is a bit more stable.

Those with Windows 98 have a big problem with this mod and i think i might know why. I'm assuming that all the DEVs are using Win 2000 or Win XP and there is a conflict.

I noticed that too. Also when you honk the horn, any car near you with a player in it or had a player in it will honk too. It's so it's all synced. A little too synced.

I think so becuase ME is just like 98 but a bit more internet friendly so your best bet is win 2000 or xp BUT XP SUX WIN 2K ALL THE WAY BABY!!!!!

I'm sure this has been posted many times before. Please use the search function before you post!!! Skins would be hard to do becuase every skin made would have to be given to each computer on the server.
